I was given the opportunity to host and plan an event for Delta Hotels Guelph. We wanted to host an Open House for all current & potential clients. The goal of the event was to increase potential bookings for meeting rooms while showcasing our new catering options. My role was to create all the event's marketing, planning, and implementation.
Before the Open House, I made sure that everything I created from flyers to take-home treats was customized to both the hotel and restaurant and made our clients feel appreciated. The turnout was amazing, and we have received many requests from new clients for booking event spaces.
Below are some of the key marketing assets that I created for this Open House as well as a Thank-You Video to all clients.

I was able to create and build bags, custom water bottles, and boxes filled with amazing macarons for our clients. I, along with my co-worker built 250 of everything on this table and I am so pleased with how it turned out!

I created custom passports for clients to ensure they visted each room, along with mini itineraries that had all the information needed throughout the afternoon.

I created custom name tags, to help enhance the oppourtunity to build more meaningful relationships.
